What Payment Methods Are Available?
We accept Esewa, Khalti, IME Pay and Multiple Bank Deposit as prepayment options but we encourage our customers to select cash on delivery where ever we support. Currently we offer cash on delivery in 52 Major Cities of Nepal and accept prepayment orders for the rest of the area.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
It depends on your location; Orders inside Kathmandu valley are processed within same or next day depending on your time of confirmation, while orders outside valley can take any where between 2-3 to 4-5 days depending on your area. How Do I Track My Order?
Orders within the valley cannot be tracked as they are delivered really fast, however we do offer tracking for orders outside valley and you can track your shipment location in real time. Please contact us with your order number for your tracking details.
Do I Need An Account To Place Order?
No! You can simply place an order without creating an account. We do require some essential information for the watch to be delivered but account creation is not required and is fully optional.
How can I be sure of not buying a counterfeit watch?
We are authorised retailers of NaviForce, SKMEI, MINIFOCUS, MEGIR, Millenium, Chris Danel and Bolano Watches. We source our watches directly from the manufacturers. Every watch sourced from us comes with original manuals, warranty cards and serial number identification. All of these brands offered by us is 100% verified new, unworn, original and authentic.
Does All your watches come with Warranty?
All the brands over Rs.1000 that we sell carry 1 Years of brand warranty. The warranty card is stamped by us. Brand warranty generally covers the functioning of the watch. The warranty does not cover the watch case, bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear-and-tear, physical abuse or damage resulting from exceeding the limitations of the water resistance of the watch. You get the complete warranty details from the booklet provided along with your purchase.
Is there any difference in the watches available online and the store?
All products being sold on our e-store are exactly the same as those being sold in the retail stores. However we do offer tons of collections for our store customers as many of them are not uploaded online.
Do you Accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, We accept Cash on Delivery in 52 Major Cities of Nepal. Rest of the area is delivered with prepayment option only.
Do you offer watch repair service?
We offer after sales services including battery change, movement service, replacement of parts, polishing and cleaning, maintenance, etc. However this service is only for our customers and we do not service watches bought from other vendors.
I don't like my watch, Can You Refund / Exchange?
We do not offer Refund but we do provide 7 Days Exchange policy. You can contact us for easy exchange with conditions applied. Watch should be returned in its original condition with seals intact without any scratches, wear and tear. The Watch Lounge reserves the right to accept or deny any exchange.
What is your warranty policy?
All watches sold by The Watch Lounge are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition, and free from defects.
All watches come with a manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase.
Incidence of defects in new watches is extremely low, there may be occasions in which warranty work becomes necessary.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your watch, and we will arrange for a servicing after initial investigation over the phone. You may be asked to send us photos or videos of defects or the problem, if needed.
Our warranty does not cover material defects arising out of breakages, negligence, or wear and tear. Our warranty does not cover leather goods like straps, glass and accessories.
